Make your reservations for the AICC June 2009 Meeting
The hotel group discount rate deadline is May 16, 2009. Participants and presenters need to make their hotel reservations soon for the AICC Meeting June 16-18, 2009. Be kind to your travel budget. The AICC meeting rate saves over $80 USD per night compared to the standard rates.
Participants (or their travel agent) must contact the hotel directly and use the proper rate code for the discount. For or hotel web site and phone contact information with rate code details, visit the AICC Meeting Information page and follow the link to AICC Orlando Meeting Information and Agenda.
All participants must also register with AICC to confirm their meeting participation. This includes, guest speakers, members and general participants. Follow the link to Register for the AICC Orlando Meeting as found on the AICC Meeting Information page.
